🔥 Sizzle & Citrus | A Summer Table Built on Heat + Zest 🍋🟩
Lime-marinated fajitas (Carne Asada), Coctel de Camarón, and a juicy peach margarita.
This Week at the Table: Sizzle & Citrus
Some summer meals are slow and romantic. Others arrive sizzling—loud with flavor and bright with citrus. This one does both.
Sizzle & Citrus is the table after the sun’s softened, when you’re hungry from the heat and want something cold in your hand. You start with Coctel de Camarón: chilled shrimp dressed in tomato-lime brine, speckled with avocado and fresh herbs. Then come the fajitas—hot from the grill, marinated in lime juice and seared until smoky. To drink? A peach margarita that tastes like a golden hour kiss: sweet, tangy, and a little wild.
It’s bold. It’s breezy. And it’s exactly what summer tastes like right now.
Perfect for this 4th of July celebration or a Summer party.
Tuesday you will get the starter, Wednesday you get the Main, & Thursday you get the cocktail.

👋 A Note from Lily
This menu has been living in my head since the first warm weekend hit. It’s simple, bright, a little indulgent, and exactly the kind of food I want to eat barefoot with a margarita in hand. If you make it, tag me or leave a comment—I love seeing how these menus land on your tables.
