It’s August, which means we’re in peak heat, peak exhaustion, and peak “let’s just make this fun” territory. This month, both menus are inspired by my husband—a Leo to his core, which means everything is bolder, sweeter, louder, and somehow… more golden. His favorite drink? A piña colada. So that’s where we started: pineapple, coconut, rum, and a passport stamp to wherever it’s cooler, fruitier, and less serious.
Coconut Republic is a tropical brunch fantasy with a touch of spice—part love letter, part survival strategy. Because if we’re going to sweat through August, we might as well toast some coconut and call it a celebration.
