In our house, every menu comes with a pour. Most of the time, itโs not plannedโit just happens. Iโll be in the kitchen, finishing a tart or testing a glaze, and suddenly thereโs the sound of a shaker, a pop of the cork, or the unmistakable scent of citrus hitting the chopping board. My husband has been quietly curating cocktails for our dinners all along.
