In our house, every menu comes with a pour. Most of the time, it’s not planned—it just happens. I’ll be in the kitchen, finishing a tart or testing a glaze, and suddenly there’s the sound of a shaker, a pop of the cork, or the unmistakable scent of citrus hitting the chopping board. My husband has been quietly curating cocktails for our dinners all along.
So this summer, I’m giving him his own little corner here on Sun Drenched Table. Welcome to The Husband Edit—a rotating bar cart of seasonal cocktails, each one inspired by the meals we’re sharing or the ingredients we’re craving.
