This looks very good indeed. I always add some white wine to a chowder if there’s the end of a bottle in the refrigerator.

I'm right there with you. Sometimes I wonder if I have a problem 😅🤣 I bake a cake, I soak the sponge with a fruit/alcohol concoction. When I cook almost anything lately, I deglaze the pan with wine. I'm telling myself its the season.
